I am an accomplished CRM expert, with a Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, and New Media from the Bologna Business School, I have honed my skills over the years through diverse roles in prominent companies.


My journey in the world of CRM and Marketing Automation has taken me from Istanbul to Munich, where I have had the privilege of contributing to the growth of several enterprises. Notably, I have been serving as the Head of CRM at vitafy GmbH, a Munich-based e-commerce company, where I led a dynamic team responsible for four brands and eight international stores. In this role, I crafted and executed CRM strategies that significantly boosted customer retention and LTV. I also oversaw a multitude of CRM channels, including email, WhatsApp, in-app messaging, direct mail, and flyers. Building and enhancing loyalty programs and engagement strategies were integral aspects of my responsibilities.


Prior to this, I held the position of Senior CRM Manager at an Allianz company, IconicFinance GmbH, a fintech company in Munich. Here, I spearheaded the CRM vision and strategy for the Heymoney mobile app, implementing cross-channel CRM campaigns and automated life cycle programs. My role entailed close collaboration with internal and external tech teams to ensure the seamless operation of CRM systems. I also formulated roadmap strategies for continuous A/B testing, optimizing email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging, and content cards.


My time in Istanbul was marked by impactful roles in the insurance industry. As a Digital Marketing Executive at SOMPO JAPAN, I managed a B2B mobile application for agencies and spearheaded the setup of a direct channel. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing digital communication channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. At GENERALI, I led the Lead Generation team, orchestrating digital strategies, PPC campaigns, and affiliate management, all while collaborating closely with CRM and sales teams.
